  1. Me and my wife go every year. The Kansas City Renaissance festival was 1 of our first dates. We look at just about every shop. Usually my wife take her silver chalice to walk and sip wine. I usually take my wooden stein and sample several different beers and meads. And would love to go another time this year. This is an amazing place to go on a date. Tons of activities and lots to see

I would probably dress up with her, take her out for a picnic, and then explore the enter renfest together. She has never been and has always wanted to go. We are both nerds and love to go to these sorts of things.

  3. What I would do with my wife for a date at the renaissance festival is spoil her. She loves the vendors. She would get her hair braided and get one of their vintage dresses. We would go eat a turkey leg and have a fried Twinkie. We would enjoy all of the shows and not miss one. I would make sure to introduce my queen to all.

I’d take her to eat a turkey leg first off cause they are great and what girl wouldn’t like a good turkey leg!! I’d also want to walk around a lot to show her beauty to everyone, I’d get one of those flowers for her cause she deserves it so much! I’d like to dance to the music there with her and let her do the things she would like to do.

    1. Well first and foremost….TREAT HER LIKE THE ONLY QUEEN ALIVE. Bring a cape to place over the puddles…too far you say, well perhaps for your Queen but not for mine!! Jewelry shops abound, buy her something that makes her heart sing! Cheesecake on a stick, yes please! Defend her honor against the peasants and most of all enjoy your day together! Huzzah!!!!!

  5. On a Renfest date I would start with getting us both outfitted with costumes to be immersed in the atmosphere. The spend time hopping shop to shop to see what artisans have to offer, making sure to stop and get a wax rose. Then finish the day a little bawdy by catching the King’s Happy Hour!

  6. In this month of october, I wolde showe my love the depth and breadth of my joy for hire presence by feedyng hire french cuisyne until she can no longer walk. Thanne, I will throwe hire over my shoulder on my wey to the highest hill to proclaim, “with my sword and with my resolve I will defend the honor of this, the moost byautiful of women hitherto and for the remaynder of god’s eternal kyngdom.” from my hilltop advantage I will slay, with arrows and sword, any disbelievers yn my love for my dearest eileen. Fynally….we wolde geten some yce cream and check out the enchanted forest.

  8. My fair maiden would get treated to a wax dipped rose, perhaps a couples tarot reading, and some romantic competition in the art of axe throwing. We might enjoy some drinks and a snack before checking out the hookah bar. Then stroll through the fair looking for finds in the shops. But let it be heard, if any rapscallions are caught eyeballing my belle then they may find themselves in the next joust match with me.

My boyfriend and I bonded over costuming last year when we went to the renaissance festival for the first time together! We’ll visit all the incense and oil shops and load up on our scents for the rest of the year, plus get me a few new pairs of ears. He’s my Prince and he deserves the break from reality after working so hard at college this year.

  10. My lady and i have been together for nine years. She has been an amazing mother to our five children and a great supporter of my dreams and goals. Not only is she full time mom, but she also is a full time student and graduates in May 2020 with a double degree in social work and sociology. She is president of a campus organization and still finds time to do all our childrens activities with them. That being said this is our first weekend to ourselves in over a year and i want to treat my lovely lady to being a Queen for a day, because that is what she is to me and the kids everyday. We will browse the shows and the day will be full of shopping for my Queen and pampering her with festive delights and trinkets. We will enjoy laughter and activities and if im lucky she will agree to be mine all over again as i renew our love and show her that shes a rockstar.

  11. Nothing more romantic than sharing a Turkey leg! We’d also watch the shows together. Definitely make sure we see the bird show as that’s her favorite.

  12. Order three Turkey
Legs and let her choose the one she wants.
Cheer her on as that kid who plays 10 people at chess at once beats her.
Volunteer her for whatever live show asks for volunteers.

  13. I would love a chance to show my lady to a fun day out. She works incredibly hard so it’s always special to get time away together. We would love to take in some of the great shows and have time away from the kids to go at a slow pace and actually get to look through all the shops together. Plus what’s more romantic than Turkey legs, mud, and knights fighting!

  14. I met my beautiful wife at the Renaissance festival 21 years ago on a blind date, so I would make sure to do all the same shows that we did that first year. We still talk about Bob the Juggler!

  15. I would love to practice my dating skills and see all the awesome stuff, l have been to the Renaissance fair many times but never with a lady friend. They just cut my work hours so this would save the day.
